great view helpful staff visible improvement
the room provided a great view of st stephen's green. the staff consistently showed helpfulness.
a side entrance was used instead. the room was small and average! though i appreciate the efforts

small room disrespectful behavior
the breakfast was acceptable.
The room i booked. A signature queen room. Was small. i was also trapped in the bathroom because there was little space and the staff almost pushed their way into the room even after i protested. i found this behavior very disrespectful.

The location was excellent, close to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with luggage and directions. I enjoyed a very very comfy and tidy room. It. Check-in was quick. It was a very smooth process.

the location was convenient i found the staff helpful
the room i booked was not what i expected i paid extra for an upgraded room i thought i would get a room with special features however it turned out to be a standard room i felt misled by this experience
